1) Definitions

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is the new data protection regulation of the European Union;

4) Submitting an order

Purpose of data processing: providing a service, establishing contact, sending a confirmation e-mail.

In order to be able to fulfill orders submitted directly via e-mail, customers are required to provide their contact details and invoicing details.

Legal grounds for processing: consent of data subject. In case of invoicing, data processing is based on legal obligation.

Right to rectification

Data subject may request data controller via the contact details provided to modify any of his or her data. Data controller shall make arrangements without delay but not later than within 30 days, and shall inform data subject via the contact details he or she has provided.

Right to erasure

Data subject may request data controller via the contact details provided to erase any of his or her data. Data controller shall comply with such request without delay but not later than within 30 days, and shall inform data subject via the contact details he or she has provided.

Right to blocking

Data subject may request data controller via the contact details provided to block access to any of his or her data. Access shall be blocked as long as the reason provided by data subject necessitates such blocking. Data controller shall comply with such request without delay but not later than within 30 days, and shall inform data subject via the contact details he or she has provided.

Right to object

Data subject may object to his or her data being processed via the contact details provided. Data controller shall review the objection within the shortest possible time after the request has been submitted, but not longer than within 15 days, and shall decide whether the case is well-founded and shall inform data subject of its decision via e-mail.
